Our Story

Get to know the family behind East Stroudsburg's favorite gathering spot.

We believe in great coffee, fresh-baked pastries, and warm hospitality. The Morning Brew is a family-run space where friends meet, children laugh, and the community gathers.

At The Morning Brew, we believe that a great cup of coffee can brighten your entire day. That’s why we pour so much love and attention into everything we serve. From our double-shot espresso beverages to our fresh-baked croissants, we are committed to providing the highest quality products with a warm, friendly smile.

Our Three Core Pillars

  1. Locally Sourced & Hand-Crafted We source our coffee beans from local artisan roasters who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and exceptional flavor. Our bagels and pastries are baked fresh in-house every morning to ensure you get the freshest bite possible.

  2. A True Community Hub We love East Stroudsburg. As residents, we are proud to support local schools, charity events, and community initiatives. We designed our space to be a comfortable environment where you can work, meet with friends, or simply sit back and relax.

  3. Family Values As a mom-and-pop shop run by Alex and Cassie, family is at the core of everything we do. We treat our staff and our customers as part of our extended family, ensuring that every visit to our shop feels welcoming, comfortable, and cozy.

The Heart of the Shop

Meet Alex & Cassie

The Morning Brew Coffee Shop is a true family affair, founded and operated by Cassie and Alex. As long-term residents and active pillars of the East Stroudsburg community, they set out to establish a space where coffee, comfort, and community meet.

Cassie runs the baking operation, coming in early every morning to prepare fresh croissants, muffins, and pastries, while Alex can be found behind the espresso bar crafting specialty lattes with a friendly greeting for every customer.

Their three kids are a constant presence in the shop—whether they are sitting at the corner table doing homework, helping wipe down tables, or sharing a fresh bagel. It's this warm, multi-generational energy that makes our shop feel like your own living room.

"We wanted to build more than a place to buy a latte; we wanted to create a neighborhood hub where you are always greeted by name and treated like family."
